Return & Exchange Policy – ProSocks®
At ProSocks®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Period
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- For customers in the European Union, the 14-day legal right of withdrawal is included.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
⚠️ Products showing signs of use, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be refused.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at global@prosocks.com.br with your order number and reason for the request.
- Once approved, we will send you a return label with the correct address and instructions.
⚠️ Do not ship products back to the sender address on the package. Returns are only accepted through the official process.
4. Exchanges
Manufacturing defects: You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We may ask for photos or videos for an initial review. If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between:
- Receiving a new product at no additional cost
- Receiving a full refund, including shipping
Personal preference (size, color, or model):
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any price differences must be paid before shipping the new item
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact our support team.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:
- Gift cards
- Customised products
- Clearance items
- Socks that have been worn or washed
